Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 August 2026 1. WHO WE ARE RitaJet (ritajet.com) is an online study platform operated by Abdlarhman Omar Ahmad Shaheen, an individual trader based in Amman, Jordan. In these Terms "we", "us" and "RitaJet" mean that seller, and "you" means the person using the service. Support email: ritajetnetwork@outlook.com We answer support messages within 2 business days. 2. WHAT THE SERVICE IS RitaJet is a subscription web application for students. It gives you: - Flashcards you create, import and review with spaced repetition. - One-page summaries and study guides generated from your own notes and lecture files. - Practice questions with written explanations. - A to-do board, calendar and exam planner. - German-language practice labs (articles, pronunciation, sentence building). - Shared decks, classrooms and study spaces. RitaJet is a study aid. It is not a university, it does not grant credits or certificates, and it is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. 3. ACCOUNTS You must be at least 16 years old, or 13 with the consent of a parent, guardian or school, to hold an account. You must give accurate details, keep your password secret and are responsible for everything done through your account. One account is for one person; sharing logins is not allowed. Tell us at ritajetnetwork@outlook.com if you think your account has been used without permission. 4. PLANS AND WHAT EACH INCLUDES We publish our current plans, allowances and prices at ritajet.com/pricing. There is a free plan with limited allowances, and paid plans that raise those allowances and unlock extra study modes. The plan page at the moment of purchase is the definitive description of what you are buying. 5. PRICES, BILLING AND PAYMENT 5.1 All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). 5.2 Paid plans are sold either for three (3) months or as a yearly pass covering twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. 5.3 Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. 5.4 Paddle collects the price plus any sales tax, VAT or GST required by your country and shows the total before you confirm the order. 5.5 Three-month subscriptions renew automatically every 3 months, and yearly passes renew at the end of the twelve-month term, at the then-current price, unless you cancel first. 5.6 We may change prices for future billing periods. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies. 6. DELIVERY Access is digital and immediate. As soon as payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded automatically and the paid features appear when you reload the site. Nothing is shipped. If your upgrade has not appeared within 30 minutes, email ritajetnetwork@outlook.com and we will fix it. 7. CANCELLATION You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing ritajetnetwork@outlook.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not require a reason and we do not charge a cancellation fee. 8. REFUNDS Our Refund Policy at ritajet.com/refund-policy forms part of these Terms. 9. YOUR CONTENT You keep ownership of everything you upload or write: notes, PDFs, photos, cards, summaries and answers. You give us a limited licence to store and process that content only in order to run the service for you (for example, to turn a lecture file into cards or a summary). We do not sell your content and we do not use it to advertise to you. You promise that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright. Do not upload material that you are not allowed to share, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or contains other people's personal data without their consent. 10. OUR CONTENT The RitaJet software, design, brand and any content we supply stay ours. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not resell, sublicense, scrape, mass-download or republish our content, or use it to build a competing product. 11. AI FEATURES AND THEIR LIMITS Some features use automated language models to draft cards, summaries, questions and explanations from the material you provide. Generated output can be incomplete or wrong. Always check it against your own lectures and textbooks before relying on it, especially for exams or anything health related. We give no guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular exam or curriculum. 12. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not: break the law; attack, overload or probe the service; use bots or scripts to bulk-generate content; resell your account; upload malware; attempt to bypass plan limits, payment or access controls; or harass other users in shared classrooms or spaces. 13. AVAILABILITY We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features as the product develops. If we permanently remove a paid feature that was central to your plan, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period. 14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, abuses the service, or is used fraudulently. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of your current period. 15. LIABILITY Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. 16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. 17. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection, nothing here removes rights you have under your local law. 18.
